JLTDC01 john lewis dryer not drying clothes?

Hi my condenser heat pump dryer which is made by AEG Electrolux is not drying clothes.Heater gets hot but I can see the fan that cools the compressor is not turning, could this be problem ?Also the area around the fan at rear of machine gets hot but no heat makes it into drum.Drum turns fine but there is not the usual flow of air out of front bottom of machine.all filters cleaned.No water gets to tray.
