sebo auto x4 vacuum cable replacement?

Same as Rik, The handle fixing nut, or whatever it is, is now rattling about inside the handle. And more annoyingly I disconnected the anti static cable to make more room and cannot see where it goes back. The cable is currently attached at the lower end but at the other its attached to both parts of the spade connector with no apparent place to put it. Can anybody help?
