where to purchase parts for circular saw ,power devlpower ?

You won't get a part for it,the motors are produced in the millions in China and are throw away items, the fan is worth as much as the plastic tray your meat comes on.Look for one at a car boot if you want to waste time or bite the bullet and bin it,treat yourself to a new one for atleast trying to save the planet.
