the rear axle on my 1996 transit tipper has moved back around 5 inches wich is now making it drive with the back end kicking out is there any way to fix this or dose any body have an idea what mite have happened
check the spring center pin that locates it in axle,it may be broken in axle

You must have something seriously wrong for it to be out that much,check your 'u' bolts for tightness and also have had the front of the rear spring eyes snapped off on these,also check spring eye bolts and shackle mounts,good luck
