Mend Roberts EcoLogic 4 Low Coming

Very low sound coming from Roberts EcoLogic 4?

When radio is plugged into mains and switched on, there appears to be no volume and i have to pur my ear right to the the speaker to hear... even though its very faint.

How can i fix it?
