I have now sorted the problem. Inside my remote switch for opening had permanent conductivity bypassing the actuator/button. that was caused by the over-deposit of soldering when the key was repaired, and that caused that the metal sheeting covering the micro switch having folded over the terminal solder and thus activating the lowering & unlocking circuit after the raise circuit has completed.Had to trim the solder away from the switch terminals in order to separate the switch body from circuit. It is now working perfect. Point to note:No dealer programming of key was necessary,it worked perfect immediately i inserted the battery back.
