immobilizer problem megane sport convertible?

Hi Mark,

Hoping you can help me, I have the same intermittent starting problems on my Megane sport alize convertible as mostly everyone on here, I know I have to get a code to turn off the immobilizer.
The chassis number is VF1EA04B522222946.
engine number is D288776.
Was hoping you could get that for me please would be most grateful
