my lg condenser rc9011b has stopped working?

Our LG CONDENSER RC9011B has stopped working and cannot be turned on. I have changed the fuse but it did not help. Over the last week the condenser has, on several occasions, stopped drying before the clothes are dry, sometimes after only 5 minutes of starting the dying programme. Can you help?
