Does anyone know where one can buy a replacent circuit
board for pfaff 1471.
The transformer is burnt out.
Are there people who can repair these

I am a retired shop owner and service engineer and have been getting the Pfaff circuit boards re furbished for the last 15 years. I have tried all over the UK but cant get them done. However through my contacts with the old Pfaff regime I am able to get these repaired in Germany by the person who used to do this in the Pfaff factory in Germany.If anyone wants to contact me regarding any of the Models from the 1469 up to the 2140 I would be happy to accommodate them. Having to send the base to Germany the overall cost is not cheap but having the machine restored to working order and ending up with a working machine which is of better quality than what is produced today my customers are delighted with the results.
