Mend Bosch Greenstar 24i Junior Boiler Heating

Bosch greenstar 24i junior?

Boiler appears to be on at the switch, however no light on the boiler and the reset button doesn't do anything. No hot water or heat. Definitely have credit on the meter....any suggestions?!! Much appreciated!
