Mend Zanussi Water Tank Problem

I have a Zanussi ZDC37200 water tank problem?

My Zanussi ZDC 37200W is showing the water tank is full but it is empty. It runs for about 5 minutes before it stops. I understand this May be the 'float valve' stuck but could you tell me where to locate the float valve please?
Any other advise would be welcome.

it's inside at the bottom back.think if side panel removed you can access it?.could be blocked or the pump may of failed and needs testing with a multimeter
