Mend Vauxhall Vectra Reg Drivers Side

puncture?

i have a y reg vauxhall vectra the drivers rear side has a puncture i have jacked it up and released the 5 nuts but the wheel will not come off do i need to release the handbreak or is there any other reason why the wheel is not coming off

Vauxhall Vauxhall Vectra Vehicles, Cars Reg Drivers Side

if the wheel is free to rotate i.e. clear of the ground , it may be sticking due to rust on the the flanged inner bore of the wheel where it sits on the hub. suggest you give it a kick.
