Mend Beko BDV555AS Oven Digital Clock Reset

cannot reset the digital clock?

when not using my cooker beko bdv555as it is turned off by the mains. when it was turned back on the digital clock came on but we could not change the time. if the clocks time cannot be set the oven will not operate.
