how do I fix a carburetor problem on a RCM 50 3E ?
The scooters start and idles but when I give it throttle nothing happens. if I put my finger over one of the vacuum lines it drives like a bat outta hell. I can't just plug the line! then it chokes out. could this be a problem inside the carburetor?
