Assuming the doors are made of wood, there is no easy way unless the door rebates are constructed of a nailed on rebate block.
If this is the case then remove the doors and hinges, take off the rebate blocks and position them on the inside edge of the door opening.
You will also have to move the sliding bolts at top and bottom. Then turn you door the opposite way and refix them to the door jams (hinges).
An easier way is to remove timber covering the join where the door fixes to the wall and then remove the door plus the door frame.
Reverse the door and frame completely and refix it in position then either use existing or new timber cover strips acrow where the door fixes to the wall.
