can a 52 astra engine fit into a55 astra?

I av a 55 1.4 sxi Astra and its sounds like a diesel i av ad timing chain and cogs replased also new water pump just fitted as i was losin water?it runs well and as power?but the red oil lite flickers every30seconds or so?iv been offered an engine out of 52plate astra1.4and wondering if it will fit into my55astra? If so do i need xtras like exhuaust. Manifold wiring looms ect ect all info will be grateful many thanks
