GE Advantium Microwave Oven stopped?

The clock light is lit but none of the buttons work. Oven is hardwired vs plug in. reset GFI in kitchen but clock lite stated on oven still is inop. is there anyway to reset the oven? Should I turn off the circut breakers at main panel to try and reset ?
