Baby wipe and ruler trick gone wrong - Honda CRV 2003?

Hi,

So, my sat nav had stopped working, I read a few tips on how to fix it and the best was a knife and a baby wipe to clean it up; which is what I tried. However, I forgot to switch the ignition off and I triggered something which made it pull the baby wipe. I swiftly grabbed and pulled back on the baby wipe and managed to get most of it back out. However, some of the wipe was left inside and still is stuck now.

Unfortunately now, whenever I try to put the sat nav disc in, it rejects it and won't go in, the disc just gets stuck halfway and then all you can do is take it back out.
