Mend Singer 427 Type Wheel Drive

Type 427 Hand wheel to Drive pulley connection?

Have trouble operation the drive using the Hand wheel
The pulley rotates but even with the Hand wheel tightened there is still no drive.
Has anyone any ideas or a drawing showing th assembly?

Chances are the stop motion washer has moved, undo the small screw in the stop motion wheel, unscrew the stop motion wheel all the way off, move the three pronged washer in a different position even upside down, screw the stop motion wheel back on and tighten the screw in the stop motion wheel , and test if it does not work start again and put the washer in a different place
