Mend Peugeot 207 System Enter Worked

How can I fix my navigation system?

My Peugeot 207 sportium`s navigation system will not work. Can not even enter the application, has not worked since i bought the car. I would really like to be able to use it. I have tried removing and putting the SD card in but didn't make a difference to the navigation system whatsoever.
