how do you fix the carriage on a NSM Prestige II jukebox ?

The carriage is stuck in a repeat pattern of selecting the last record we selected pulling it out of the rack setting the needle down and about to play, then puts it back in the rack and then repeating that action. Is there some kind of reset button or some other way to solve this problem ?
