Hello, I have a TomTom start N14644 that no longer comes up. I have opened up the unit and there is one diode shorted near USB connector that is labeled on PBC with D4. Using a lens seems that on the diode is write T M4K but i cannot identify the value or mfg. Can anyone identify this component?
