how to replace the belt on a Kenmore Hepa upright vacuum cleaner? The booklet only says Use scissors to Clean the Agitator. No screws are visible. eHow said something about Lock A and B, but nothing on where they are and what they look like. I have the belt, but the last owner couldn't figure it out either, nor did the handyman.
