Mend Roberts DAB/FM RDS Digital Potable Radio Portable

How can I fix my Roberts DAB/FM RDS Digital Potable Radio?

When I plug radio into mains the red light comes on, but the green on/off buton does not work. I assume that it needs a new on/off switch, but when I try to unscrew the screws that hold the casing together, the screws turn but do not loosen.
