Mend Hotpoint Cdt000 Tumble Dryer Leak Aquarius

How do I reconnect the black on a Hotpoint Aquarius Cdt000 condenser dryer?

The black pipe at the back of dryer has come out of the metal box at the back if the dryer. I have clipped back in the top end but, how do I successfully locate the bottom end to stop the leak?
