C37HDGB Crosley screen constantly Flicker / Blinks?

I got the tv from a nieghbor its a C37HDGB Crosley 37inch flat screen, And the screen just blinks constantly, Tried using HDMI, VGA and standard Coax cable hook ups and still blinks, even blinks on the channel display and menu parts, Ive gone thru the menu and set everythign back to default thinking it was like a computer moniter and might of been just a bad refresh rate issue. Can someone help me?
