Mend McCulloch M46-500CDR Replace Cable Work

How do I replace McCullock M46-500CDR clutch cable?

I need to replace the clutch cable and do not think it is a job that should require paying someone else but I can't work out how to get to the cable? Do I need to completely disassemble the mower?
