how do you complete engineer reset?

you have not insulted anyone on here mate I said I would send you the engineering manual ,but you not reply to me,the manual would tell you how to reset your panel back to the factry defaults so you could re programme it ,but you just ingnore me,so now you have to pay the price

Thanks for all your responses, sorry using site for the first time. Was not intending to insult anyone. I did download manual but that did not help as it simply says " call engineer". So I called company that originally installed it, albeit 12 years ago and engineer came but he could not reset either despite trying numerous engineer codes. So now having new alarm installed. Thanks again everyone!

ditto e manno people think we pros pick up our experience in a week or two ,I have been told "you have only been here for ten minutes"as no doubt you have been,if people don't want to take out a service contract well,they have to pay :-)you see I offer free of charge the service manuals to this guy but he not had manners to reply so he can call guy out pay the dosh

It's a fair price mate regardless of how long it takes,
Take the manual and perform a 1st stage reset or pay a pro and stop moaning.

We all have to earn a living,plus xp and peace of mind from a pro's visit don't come cheap in this trade.

it does mate but we cant give out the info to reset your panel back to norm for obvious reasons did you try to google the engineering manual ?

Thx just tried the 07890 code, did not work. Called engineer, £110 plus vat!!!! Easy money for someone, I bet it only takes a couple of minutes. Thanks for your help,

you don't,unless you have the engineering code you could try 07890 if that don't work try your pin num ber,if that don't work get you wallet out mate
