Mend Eurosec CP8L Alarm Bell Set

Why alarm keeps saying bell tamper ?

Eurosec cp8l lcd alarm set off without warning when kitchen being fitted, now unable to re-set, reading bell tamper and had to take battery out to stop the alarm because alarm bell disturbing all around. Put battery back and the alarm set off again. can anyone help to resolve problem?

The bell unit has a switch in it that is there to go off if someone try's to remove the bell unit so switch is either broken or not being depressed enough
