My machine is not starting. Do I need to mix oil SAE 30 with petrol?

Is there another product to mix with petrol? Or the stroke oil is for the place I can see oil tank?

Under no circumstances should you mix 4-sroke oil with petrol.

If the engine is a 4-stroke, the SAE30 goes in the sump.

If it's a 2-stroke, mix 2-STROKE oil with the petrol at the ratio as detailed on the bottle.
