Mend Hotpoint Mistral Stop Icing Up

How do I stop my Hotpoint Mistral from icing up? ?

My Hotpoint Mistral is working but it keeps icing up. When I de-ice it I have removed the internal panels and the section behind is full of solid ice. Is there a simple cure?
