Samsung er-4940 drawer wont open?

If you hear the click then it should open. It has nothing to do with programming. There is probably something jammed in the drawer. Try banging the back of the drawer with your fist at the same time as you hear the click. Once you get it open, remove the insert and drawer tray and check the latch inside the drawer.
