Mend Starting Fuel Tank

My Hyndai matrix 3 cylinder is not starting?

My Hyndai matrix 3 cylinder is not starting. We have changed the electronic fuel pomp from the tank and control board but still it is not staring.When we fixed the injected outside, is not shooting. So what is the solution to this?
