Mend Daewoo Freezing Fridge Bottom

How to fix my daewoo freezer compartment not freezing properly?

I have a Daewoo fridge freezer that is not freezing properly. It freezes in the middle but not at the top, and the bottom freezes to ice block! Please any advice gratefully received.
