Mend Nissan K12 Micra 03 Problem

Micra 03 Electrical problem?

I have a micra 03 which has developed a problem. The wipers turn on by themselves even though they are set to off and my headlights come on also on the off position and my indicators stop working. Then as if by magic everything starts to work normally. Has anyone had this issue or can anyone shed some light please
