The door is not open?

I have a front loading machine, model AWM 285-800.
I am afraid that the machine was overloaded and now the door is not opening at the end of the cycle. What is your suggestion?

No there is no water in machine now.The programme run out normal but it does not open the door.Usually is having a click at the end which enable us to open the door.

Hi Tim,

The machine will stop if it goes OOB (out of balance) Does the machine still have water in it? Drain the machine by lowering the drain hose in to a bowl. This may enable you to open the door, remove the washing, and start again.
