Mend Vaillant turbomax Heating Flow Rate

Vaillant turbomax only hot on slow flow?

Hi I have a Vaillant Turbo Max that is only heating water to 40 degrees on full flow. If you turn the tap down to a dribble it will heat upto 60+. Aprreciate any advice
