Mend McCulloch T3000 Start Engine Half

how can I fix my mcculluch Trimmac T3000?

When I start the engine it runs on half choke but when I when I turn the choke off it stops and will not start again until I press the primer bulb six times again and go through the cold start sequence again. Then it stops again when I close the choke.
