Mend Aqualisa Quartz Shower Fault

I have an Aqualisa Quartz Shower unit that has stopped supplying water?

My unit was fitted about six months ago and has worked fine but has suddenly stopped providing any water (hot or cold). The pump still runs but has a different sound presumably because it has no water being supplied but there has been no change to the supply. Is there any simple thing like charging the pump that should be done to clear this fault?
