Citroen C5 estate tailgate +rear window ?

the problem I am having the tailgate and window sometimes wont open either one at the same time after a bit they then open ok, could this have anything to do with the sensor that locks the rear tailgate and window when it reaches a set speed, oh yes have changed the micro switch still the same
