Mend Saunier Duval thema Condens F30E Combi Boiler Leak

How can I fix Saunier duval Combi Boiler?

I have a Saunier duval Combi Boiler thema Condens F30E which has decided to leak from the water filter. Have changed the rubber seal but it continues to still leak. The silver clip at the back of the filter does not seem to hold the plastic bung in tight enough and water drips out of it.
