Mend Roger Blackman AG-10302 Treadmill Fitness Equipment Motor

no motor drive on a roger blackman AG-10302?

everything else is fine. the display shows speed change etc. but the treadmill motor does'nt turn. all the fuses are ok and the rectifier is ok.
can anyone help?
