After thought some machines will keep door locked if the water has not drained out, check if water is gone .Cheers

Hold door tightly shut to take pressure off door lock then give machine a thump near to door lock, may release, even if it does will need a new door interlock. If this doesn't work unplug machine and reach down inside machine to unlatch door hook. Cheers
