How can I fix my vestfrost chest freezer?

Hi Julie and Miranda
Did you manage to find out what the problem was and get your chest freezers working again?
I have just been and done a big shop and have noticed mine has done the same I hope I can get it fixed otherwise all the shopping is going to go off :( I've just had to replace my tumble dryer already this month I don't want to replace the freezer as well please help?
