Mend Nissan Almera Tino Working

My Nissan Almera Tino climate control is not working correctly?

I have a Nissan Almera Tino 1.8 SE Model 2004 edition The climate control only blows warm air when the setting is above 26 degrees, used to work O.K till about a fortnight ago, now you ether freeze or fry.
