my nissan micra XV (India) not starting?

On cluster board key mark is blinking and off after sometime.There is no engine check light,SRS,ABS display on cluster board.No cranking,no fuel supply,etc.Complete wiring checked unable to find the fault.Please suggest me what went wrong with my car.It met with an accident before.
