Mend Challenge Extreme Leak Front Side

How can I stop this leak?

My Challenge Extreme lawnmower has fuel leaking from the front of the carburetor (side furthest away from the handles), I have taken the carb off to examine it to find a channel built in but do not know how to stop it flowing out each time the fuel is turned on. Any ideas?
