I presumed you had removed the soap drawer and lifted the syphon cover and cleaned out the syphon tube etc already. Cheers

Will be blockage in the roof of the soap box (black mould) Really needs a new soap box lid but you can try clearing the 4 square holes above the middle compartment, use a cable tie pushed In and out the holes. Cheers
