Mend Skoda Fabia Heater Switch Not Working

Heater switch on skoda fabia is not working ?

Hi,the heater switch on my skoda fabia is working only on fourth position,do you have any idea what can cause it,I have the switch with a new one,but it is not that.

Skoda Skoda Fabia Vehicles, Cars Heater Switch Not Working

there will be a resister somewhere controlling the fan speeds.when they fail you get the problem you have.sometimes its bad connection but mostly requires a new blower fan resister fitting.should be mounted somewhere near the fan motor
