How can we repair a locked upvc door?

The upvc door cannot be unlocked and opened today, it is 4 years old. It was purchased from Wickes.

Ok, so the door has opened but is it always the case that it is stuck for a while after locking it? A bit more info and I can tell you if it is the bolts or screws at fault. If the bolts, just a replacement is needed, that part that is. I could say go for the hinge removal but unsure at this stage, I dont want you damaging the door.
